In the name of God Amen the seaventeenth day of September in the sixteenth yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord Charles the second by the grace of now King of England or Annoque Domini 1664
I Elizabeth Parbo of Sandwich in the County of Kent widdow beeing weake in body but of sound memory praysed bee god for the same doe make and declare this to bee my last will and Testament in writing in manner and forme following
Imprimis I comend my soule to God my Creator trusting by the alone Meritts of Christ my reedeemer to bee made partaker of a better life after this Mortall life endes my Body I comitt to the earth to bee buried in the parish Church of St. Peters in Sandwich as neere the grave of my deceased husband as conveniently may bee

Item I give and bequeath unto Margarett White Daughter of Henry White late of Sandwich gentleman my Nephew deceased the some of thirty pounds
Item I give and bequeath unto Nicholas White Henry White and John White brothers of the said Margarett the some of five pounds a peece of lawfull money of England
and to Jane White their sister five pounds
Item I give and bequeath unto John Boys gentleman my sonne in Lawe the some of Tenn pounds of lawfull mony of England All which Legacyes aforementionced I will shall bee paid by my Exectutors within three monthes next after my Decease

Item I give and beaqueath unto Stephen Westbeech my man servant the some of five pounds
alsoe I give and bequeath unto Katherine Fryer my maide servante the some of five pounds
and unto Elizabeth Allison my maide servant the some of fifty shillings
to bee paid unto them within one month next after my decease

Item as for all other my goods and personall estate whatsoever wheresoever my Debts Legacyes and funerall charges and the Legacyes given by the Will of my late Husband which become due and of right are to bee paid after my decease beeing first paid and satisfied
I give and bequeath the same unto John Boys Edmund Boys Edward Boys William Boys and Thomas Boys my Grandchildren equally to bee devided betweene them

And I doe heereby consititute and appoynte the said John Boys and Edmund Boys Joynt Executors of this my last will and Testament

This the last will and Testament of mee the said Elizabeth Parbo touching the disposing of all and singuler my Lands and Tenements

Item I give and bequeath unto the same John Boys Edmund Boys Edward Boys and William Boys and Thomas Boys all and singuler my Messuages Land Tenements whatsoever with therie and every of therie appurtenances scituate lyeing and beeing within the Towne and Porte of Sandwich the parish of Ash next Sandwich and the Citty of Canterbury To have and to hold the same Lands and Tenements with therie appurtenances unto the said John Boys Edmund Boys Edward Boys William Boys and Thomas Boys therie heyres and assignes for ever

Provided alwaies that if my goods moveables and personall estate shall not amounte to soe much mony as shall pay and discharge all my Debts Legacies hereby given and which my Executors are liable to pay and my funerall expenses That then it shal and may bee lawfull to and for my loveing Kindsman Peter Peke of Word gentleman and my loveing freind Edward Taylor of Sandwich gentleman to enter into and uppon all my aforesaid Messuages Lands Tenements and to receive the rents Issues and profitts thereof and of every part thereof untill oute of the said rents and profitts of my Lands and Tenements soe by them received they shall have dulie paid all such debts and Legacies as shall bee soe behinde and unpaid by reason of my personall estate not amounting thereunto

And I doe heereby nominate and appoynte my said Kindsman Peter Peke gent and my said loveing freind Edward Taylor gent Overseers of this my will and do desire them to bee ayding and assisting to the Executors in the execution thereof
And doe alsoe require and advise as well my said Executors as all other my said Grandchildren that they will be advised by my said overseers in all things relating to this my will and estate heereby to them bequeathed and that they agree together as Bretheren

and renounsing all former wills doe declare this to bee my present last will and Testament
