In the Name of God Amen I William Parsons of Tenterden in the County of Kent Yeoman being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I will that all my Debts and ffuneral Charges be paid and discharged by my Executors hereinafter named

First I Give and Bequeath to my Grandson George Neve son of Thomas Neve of Tenterden in the aforesaid County Cordwainer the Sum of Thirty Pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to him when he shall arrive at the age of 21 years by my Executors But in case he should die under that age I do give and bequeath the same sum to all and every one hereinafter named Except my Executors to be paid to them equally by my Executors hereinafter named

Also I do Give and Bequeath to my Executors hereinafter named the sum of 5� of lawful money

Also I do Give and Bequeath to James Parsons the Son of William Parsons Junior the Sum hereinafter named to be paid to him by my Executors

Also I do Give and Bequeath to all my Sons and Daughters the value of all the rest of my goods Money Household Goods Cattle and whatever and wheresoever the same can or may be found at the time of my Decease to be paid them equally by the Executors

And I do Give and Ordain the same to be divided and paid to my Sons and Daughters Quarterly and as much per quarter as my Executors shall think proper whatever the whole sum may happen to be And the first payment to be made at 12 months time after my decease

Also I do Give and Bequeath the sum that would have fallen to my Son Thomas Parsons of Ebony in the aforesaid County award? to his Sons and Daughters namely Thomas Jemima Mary Sarah Ann and Elizabeth Parsons to be paid them equal by my Executors when they arrive at the age of 21 Years But in case any one should die under that age His or Her part to be divided amongst the Remainder of them

Also James Parsons the aforesaid son of William Parsons Junior to receive the Sum Equal to any one of the Sons and Daughters of the aforesaid Thomas Parsons And the same to be paid him when he shall arrive at the age of 21 years by my Executors But in case he should die before that age the sum to be divided and paid equal among the Sons and Daughters of the aforesaid Thomas Parsons

Lastly I do Constitute make and ordain James Parsons and Isaac Parsons of the parish of Beckley in the County of Sussex the Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this 11th Day of August in the year of our Lord 1787 William Parsons Signed Sealed Published and Pronounced by the said William Parsons as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the Presence of each other have hereunto Subscribed out names

Probate: 7th July 1791 - Executors James Parsons the Brother and Isaac Parsons the Nephew of the Testator as named in the said will.

William Parsons married Ann Hill on 25th March 1746 at Wittersham
Ann Hill was probably the Granddaughter of Joseph Russell Junior of Wittersham ( see will dated 1717)
Ann Parsons was buried at Tenterden on 18th July 1784
Williams Parsons was buried at Tenterden on 19th March 1791
