Inprimis I give & bequeath unto my wife Mary Partridge of Deale aforesd. all & singular my Temporall estate after my decease wholly & solely to be possesst and enjoyed by her dureing (the) term of her naturall life :
And after her decease I give unto my son John Partridge the sum of Thirtie pounds to be paid unto him within the space of foure or five years after the decease of my wife aforesd. if he comes to demaund it, But if he comes not to demaunde it in the time aforesd. : Then my Will is that the Thirtie pounds shall be equally devided amongst the rest of my Children & Grandchildren
Item I give unto my Son Roger Partridge the sum of Fortie pounds after the decease of his mother :
And to my daughter Mary Stiles I doe give unto her the Sum of Ten pounds and to her son Richard Stiles I give unto him the sum of
Five pounds all wch is to be paid by my Executrix in Twelve moneths time after the decease of my wife aforesd.
Item I give unto my daughter Elizabeth Lawham the sume of ten pounds And to her son William Lawham I give unto him the sum of Five
pounds all wch is by my Executrix in Two years time after the decease of my wife aforesd.
Item I give unto my son Edward Partridge the sume of Five shillings to be paid by my Executrix when he demaunds it after the decease of
his mother my wife aforesd.
Item I give unto my daughter Sarah Partridge the sume of Twentie pounds to be paid in Two years time by my Executrix after the decease
of my sd. wife
Item I give unto my Grandson William Partridge the son of William Partridge the Sum of Twentie pounds to be putt out towards his bringing
up & education & to be paid unto him by my Executrix at his age of One & Twentie years
Item I give unto my Grandaughter Mary Partridge daughter of the sd. Will. Partridge the sume of five pounds to be paid unto her by my
Executrix at her age of Twentie Yeares or day of Marriage
But if the sd. William or Mary or either of them dye before they come to their age afore menconed That then the portion of the deceased shall
be equally devided amongst the rest of my Children & Grandchildren then living
And after mine & my wifes decease It is my Will that Elizabeth Wattson the daughter of Sarah Hogbeane shall receive of mine Executrix the sume of Five & Twentie pounds upon her demaund thereof it being her own money
And to this my last Will & Testamt. being conteyned in one sheet of paper I doe make & ordaine my wife Mary Partridge & my son Roger Partridge
