In the name of God Amen I John Passe Beeing of Good and perfect memory and understanding (God bee praysed) Doe make this my Last will and Testament the fourth day of February one thousand six hundred ninety seven
In primest I Recomend my Soule into the hands of my Most Blessed Saviour and Redeemer by whose only Merritts I hope for Salvation and my Body I comit to the Earth to bee decently Buried as my Executris shal thinck fit

I Geeve unto my wife Judeth all my parSonel Estate and the Goods belongin[g] to mee
Item I doe make and ordayne Judith Despayne my wife to be Sol[e] Executris of this my Last will and Testament
and I order that my Sayd wife shal pay all my debts and funeral Expences (and I Charge her to bee Just and Carful In the performance of this my last will)

In Witnes wher of I the sayd John Passe have to this my Last will and testament set my hand and Seale the day and yeare first above written 1697/8
