In the Name of God Amen The second day of October in the fyrste and second yeres of Phillipe and Marie by the grace of God kinge and quene of Englande, Fraunce, Naples, Jerusalem and Irelande, Defender of the faithe, princes of Spayne and Cicill [Sicily], arsduckes [Archdukes] of Austrix, Dukes of Milland, Burgundie and Braybante Countes of Hasborowe [Habsburg], Flanders and Tyroll and in the yere of our lorde God [1554]
I John Patriche now in the parrishe of Lymage beinge hole of mynd and of parfitte remembrance make this my last will in this manner followinge
Fyrste I bequethe my soule unto almightie God my bodie to be buried in the churche yerd of Lymage

Item I will unto the hight alter [high altar] of Lymage xxd
Item I will unto my brother Richard Patrige of Kingsford xxs that he haithe in his handes and a mare of twoo yeres of age
Item I will unto my brother Nicholas Patrige one Coppell of Bullocks
Also I will that my brother Nicholas and my brother Richard shall paye viijs for keyping of the mare whiche was due at Mighellmas Laste paste by even portions

Item I bequethe unto my brother Edward Patrige xvs iiijd the whiche he shall receave of my Dame Harvie and viijs viijd whiche he shall receave of Richard Sloden of Echinghill [Etchinghill] the yonger & the said Edward shalhave all my rayment savying my hate
Also I will my brother Edward shall pay the xxd to the alter of Lymage and the xxd to the poore people [there]?

Item I will that my brother Umfrey shalhave xxs the whiche he shall receave of Willm Welles that dwellether now wt my Dame Harvie and one working mare that goethe at Willm Nicholles, a redd bald mare
Item I will that my bretherin shall see amonge them all Sibill honestlie used and kepte
Item I will that my brother Umfrey shall pay Robert Ladde iiijs

I will that Umfrey shalhave my hatte
Item I Will unto John Patrige a stocke of bees
Item I will that my brother Umfrey shalhave a cheste that is at my brother Nicholas
Item I will my brother Humfrey shall geve unto Marie Colte and Elizabeth Docete ether of them xijd a pece

Item I will that my Brother Edward shall Receave for a hose clothe of Thomas More of Newington ijs xd and the said Edward muste pay the said mone[y] for stockinge of a payre of hose and mendynge of a dubblet
Item I will that my bretherin amonges them shall see that Robynsonne of El[h]am do pay unto my Dame Harvie vjs iiijd

All other thinges nor geven nor bequethed my detted and bequestes dilivred and paid I will unto my brother Richard whom I ordeyne my Executor
