Item I give unto my sister Ann Pearman all my real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever for and during the Term of her
natural life
and from and after her decease Then I give all those two Freehold Messuages or Tenements now in the
Possession of ___ Jones and William White situate in Church Street in the Parish of Greenwich in the said County of Kent
unto Mary Govier the younger and her heirs for ever
Item I give to Robert Govier brother to the said Mary Govier all those three Leasehold Messuages or Tenements called the Lime Kiln houses situate in the Parish of Greenwich for and during all the Term therein yet to come
Item I give to Sarah Pearman daughter of William Pearman all that Messuage or Tenement situate in Crane Street in the said Parish of Greenwich being the first of the Three Messuages that range? together in the said Street called Crane Street for all my Estate therein
Item I give to Ann Pearman daughter of the said William Pearman all that my other Messuage or Tenement which ranges next after my said other Messuage or Tenement herein before given to the said Sarah Pearman Situate also in Crane Street aforesaid ......
All the rest of my Personal Estate after the decease of my sister Ann Pearman I give unto the said Mary Crozier
And do hereby make my said Sister Ann Pearman sole Executrix to this my last Will and Testamt
