My will and desire is that after my decease my body be decently buried the expense thereof And all such just debts as I shall owe at the time of my decease be paid out of such effects or money I shall die possessed together with all expences of probate and proving this my last Will
My will is that all my property money in the Funds
money in the Tunbridge Wells Savings Bank Bonds Bills Book Debts Tools
Wearing Apparel and all property whatsoever & wheresoever belonging to me at
the time of my decease & remaining after the expences of my Funeral the
expences of proving & probate of this my last Will & just debts be paid that the
remainder be equally divided share and share alike amongst all my Brothers and
Sisters that shall be alive at the time of my decease within twelve months after
my decease or sooner if conveniently can be done that is to say
my Brothers Joseph Peerless William Peerless John Peerless George Peerless & Abraham Peerless
my Sister Mary now the Wife of Thomas Gunner Labourer of Tunbridge in the County of Kent
and my Sister Ann the now Wife of George Best Farmer of Rotherfield in the County of Sussex
Lastly I do hereby nominate and Appoint my Brother William Peerless sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
