Whereas I have surrendered into the hands of Jacob Des Bouverie Esq�r Lord of the Coppy Hold Manor
of Folkestone aforesaid to the use of my Will in such manner and forme as I should direct and appoint all
that my Coppy Hold Messuage or tenement and premisses lyeing in Folkestone aforesaid now in my own occupation
Now I doe hereby give and bequeath the said messuage or tenement ground and premisses
with the appurt�s lyeing in Folkestone aforesaid now in my occupacon unto my loving wife Elizabeth her
heirs and assignes forever
As also I give and bequeath unto my said Loving wife Elizabeth all and every of my goods chattles monys and personall estate whatsoever and wheresoever that I shall leave at the time of my decease shee paying my debts and Funerall expences
and I hereby make and appointe my said wife Elizabeth full and sole Executrix of this my said Will and thus I conclude the same revoking all former and other will and wills by me heretofore made
