Further property to be held for Tomazin "at a certain place called Ebbstreet in the parish of Minster in the Isle of Thanet in the said couty of Kent and now or late in the Tenure of Edward Mussared" and after her decease to go to "my said son Robert Petman and his assignes for ever". Further property to be held by Thomazin "my part and purpart" in land "by estimation ffourty acres more or less with ye appurtenances ... in the severall parishes of Waltham and Petham in the said county of Kent and now or late in the severall tenures or occupation of ...(blank) Moore and ... Codicil "ffirst whereas I am seised of or intitled unto the Reverson or remainder expectant upon ye death of Thomas Lanes my son in law of one other moiety or half part of and in all that messuage of tenement ....in the parish of Bunnington ... Kent in or late in the occupation of Isaac Young ... I do hereby give ... ye same ... unto my son John Petman and unto son Robert Petman and unto my daughter Mary Petman".
He mentions that the land and buildings in Ickham and Wickham Brewe were "lately purchased of John Paramor Gent". On them John and Robert his sons are to "pay unto Mary Ammerson of the Isle of Thanet... one hundred pounds of lawfull money of England which I owe unto her on bond which I borrowed of her when I purchased ye said parts".
