Also I bequeath to the High Awter .... ... .. to the repair of the said church half a seame of barly to the crosse height bushell of barly to our Lady height A bushell of barly & to Saint Nicholas ............ a bushell ofbarly.

This is the last Will of me Hugh Petet made the day and year a bove said

First I will after my decease that Margery my wife shall have all my goods house and lands as long as she liveth she to keep all repaired & not to waste
and after her decease I will that if remarried to Margett my daughter to her and her heires of her body lawfully begotten
and if the said Margett decease with out heires of her body lawfully begotten then I will that the said house and lands shall .... .. ...... unto Johan my daughter to her and her heires of her body lawfully begotten

Also I will that Johan my daughter shall have a ... ... .. and .... shillings of money when she cometh to the age of 21 years and this .... shillings to be paid in the space of 2 years be ............... and for lack of paying of tithes ..... shillings I will the said Johan shall come in to three acres of land lying in W .. ldys felde

and if the forsaid Margett and Johan decease with out heirs of their bodies lawfully begotten then I will it shall be sold to fund a priest ...... .. in the forsaid church of Preston for my soule and my father and mother and all ........ soules

Also I will after my decease that Margery my wife Margett or Johan their heirs or assigns that shall occupy my place in Preston aforesaid with the lands accompanying thereto shall fund .............. of two pounds of money yearly to ...... before Saint .......... in the church of Preston aforesaid

and I make Margery my wife and John A ....... my executors
