to pray for my soul and all christen souls
Item I bequeath to Thomas Philpott and Joham his wife my daughter five marks
Item I bequeath to William Petitt, Richard Petitt my sons all my moveable goods and catell except 2 horses
2 hens the which I had by Joham my wife which 2 horses and 2 hens I will that mine executors shall deliver immediately
after my decease to my said wife or else to agree with her for the same
Item I will that William and Richard my sons have all my lands present lying in the parish of Ringwold or elsewhere within the Countie of
Kent to them there heirs or assignes for ever both intent to pay my debts and to fulfill this my present Testament and last will
