First I do give and bequeath unto my son Stephen Pettman all my wearing apparel... give...unto my said son Stephen Pettman the sum of twenty Pounds... which Legacy ...I do order and direct to be paid by my Executor unto my son John Pettman in Just Discharge of a Debt due to him from my said son Stephen...
Also I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Pettman the sum of twenty pounds
Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary the wife of John Webb all my Household
Goods and Furniture to and for her own use
And I give and bequeath unto my two grandchildren Robert Webb and Elizabeth Webb Children
of my said Daughter Mary and to each of them the sum of five pounds...
And in case my two grandchildren afore mentioned shall
not have attained their respective ages of one and twenty years at the time
the said legacy shall become payable ...to be payable to my son in law the
said John Webb for the use and Benefit of the said children...
Also I give and bequeath all and singular the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate... to be equally divided between my five children Robert Pettman John Pettman Thomas Pettman William Pettman and Mary the wife of the said John Webb And I do Appoint my son Robert Pettman the sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament...
