In the Name of God Amen the seconde Daye of Julye in the yeare of Our Lord 1551.
I JULYAN PHYLPOTT of the Parishe of Bettishanger in the Countye of Kente widowe beinge hole in mynde and in good memorye make this my laste Will in manor and forme followinge.
Firste I bequeathe my soule unto Allmightye God and my bodye to be buryed within the Churchyarde of Saynte Edmonde of Bettishanger.

Also I give and bequeathe to ALICE PHYLPOTTE and MARYE PHYLPOTTE my daughters all my goods and cattell moveable and immoveable my debts paid.

And alsoe I will that yf yt happen any of my said daughters dye without yssue of their bodyes lawfullye begotten then I will my other daughter to be her heyer in all thinges partayninge to my said goods.

Also I ordayne and constytute my well beloved in Chryste JOHN ROGER to be my Executor and faythfull trustye frynde to the use of my chyldren of this my last Will
