I first nominate and appoint my grand daughter Elizabeth Fuller wife of John Fuller of Ash-next-Sandwich and in the said County of Kent my sole executrix and I do give and bequeath unto her all my household goods and wearing apparel which shall be in her dwelling house, with whom I am now going to dwell at the time of my decease.

Also I do give and bequeath unto my four grandchildren Jane Philpott Elizabeth Philpott, William Philpott and Sarah Philpott son and daughters of my late son William Philpott deceased, equally to be divided between them all and singular my household goods beds bedding and linnen which at the time of my decease shall be with . . . . . . . . . . . at . . . . . . . . . . . in the Parish of Eastry now in their occupation

All the rest and residue of my personal estate whatsoever after my debts, funeral charges and probate of this my will being first paid and deducted I do give one moiety or half part hereof unto all and every of the children of my dear daughter Elizabeth Boteler which shall be given? at the time of my decease equally to be divided

and the other moiety or half part thereof I do give and bequeath unto my grandchildren Ralph Philpott the said Jane Philpott Elizabeth Philpott William Philpott and Sarah Philpott and the survivors of them equally to be divided between them to be paid them within three months next after my decease. ...
