This is the last will and testament of Ann Philpot of Broadstairs in the County of Kent widow.
I give and bequeath my property in the following maner

Unto my five Daughters viz.
to Sarah the widow of Thomas Hurst,
Martha the wife of Edmond Addis,
Ann the wife of Thomas Hollands,
Mary Ann the wife of John Kennet

and Eliza the wife of John Ladd
all my property in whatever it may Consist to be equaly Divided between them

And should either of my Daughters die leaving Child or Children I give them their Deceasd Parents Part

And I will that those of my Children to whom I have lent sums of money may pay the Ballance Due from them that each of my Daughters may have an Equal Proportion of my Property

And I also will that my Daughter Eliza Ladd may have three Hundred Pound bought in the three P�r Cents stock in lieu of money Received for her Part of Stabling in Joint trust with Mr. Medmer Goodwin and self
the interest to be for her use for her life and then to Decend to her Child or Children

And I Do appoint my sister Mrs. Martha Goodwin my Executrix to this my last will and testament
