This is the last Will and Testament of me John Pluckwell the elder of the City Rochester in the County of Kent Glazier and Plumber make publish and declared the Eleventh day of May in the twenty second Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth And in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty two
First I desire that I may be decently and privately buried by and at the discretion of my Executors herein after named

Also I make nominate and appoint my dear Wife Ann And my good friend William Saltonstall of Gillingham in the said County Esquire Executors of this my last Will and Testament

Also I give and bequeath One thousand pounds part of my consolidated three P Cent Annuities standing in my name at the Bank of England to my daughter Ann Pluckwell to be transferred to her so soon after my decease as conveniently may be

Also I give and bequeath all and every my Leasehold Estates and the Leases thereof and all and every the use and Wearing of my Household Goods and Furniture and Implements of Household Plate Linen and China ����� unto my dear Wife Ann Pluckwell for and during the term of her natural Life
and from and immediately after her decease I give and bequeath all and every my .... the Leases thereof and Household Goods and Furniture ......the rest and residue of my Stocks and .... funds unto my Son John Pluckwell and Daughter Ann Pluckwell equally to be divided between them share and share alike

Also I give and bequeath all and every the Stock and Utensils in my Trade (except the Debts due to me in Trade) to my Son John
Also I give and bequeath unto my Son John the Legacy or Sum of two hundred Pounds .... lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid to him one Year next after my decease

Also I bequeath all and every my Wearing Apparel and Wearing Linnen and also a Legacy or Sum of twenty pounds of like lawful Money of Great Britain to my Brother William Pluckwell to be paid to him within one Year next after my decease

Also I give and bequeath all and every the rest and residue of my Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever not herein before Otherwise disposed of and my just Debts Legacies and Funeral Expences being thereout first paid and satisfied unto my said dear Wife Ann to and for her own use and benefit

And I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I the said John Pluckwell the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal dated the day and Year above Written J Pluckwell Senior
