For tythes forgotten 20 pence.
Item: to the high alter of Preston 14 pence
Item: to the high alter of Faversham for the tythe of my dovehouse 12 pence
Item: to the high alter of Hernhill 8 pence
Item: to the high alter of Sellying 6 pence
Item: to the high alter of Throwley 6 pence
Item: to the high alter of Stalisfield 6 pence
Item: to the high alter of Eastling 6 pence
Item: to the high alter of Ospringe 6 pence

Item: My executor to fund a taper of �2 before St Margaret in the church of Boughton for the term of the life of my wife.
Item: to each of my godchildren a ewe
Item: to each of my two maidens a cowbullock.
Item: to Robert and William my sons 10 ewes.
Item: to James Coke my godson a cowbullock and 2 ewes of the best.

Item: to the light of St Margaret 6 pence
Item: to the light of St Katherine 4 pence
Item: to the light of St Thomas 4 pence
Item: to our Lady Light 4 pence
At my burying a dirge and 10 masses if they may be had and at my months mind.

I ordain and make Alice my wife and Thomas my son to be my executors and John Tenaker of Ketying to be my overseer, to him 6 shillings and 8 pence.
The said Thomas to have any household thing as it shall please the said Alice.

Item: to each of my daughters a seam of wheat.
I also ask that my daughter Julian have meat and drink as long as she is sole.
Item: to Elizabeth my daughter 4 marks that John Sare shall pay me at Michelmas.
Witnesses: Adam Steryhash, Richard Fulk, Thomas Best.

Last Will:
Thomas, my son to have my lands at Fayersbrook that I bought of Simon Andrew and William Tylor and all the lands and wode that I bought of Bartholomew Hawkyn and all that I bought of Simon Sawyer known as Simon Lambert and 2 prells of land I bought of Wiliam Best of Adisham, to him and his heirs in fee simple, paying his mother 13 shillings and 4 pence.

Item: to Robert my son my lands at Anyfield at Ospringe that I bought of Adam Pringet and all the lands I bought of Alexander King and all the lands I bought of William Steryhashe and all the lands I bought of Thomas Steryhashe in fee simple paying his mother 14 shillings and 4 pence.

Item: I will to William my son my lands in Throwley and Ospringe the which was mine in heritance and 3 acres I bought of John Potyn and all my lands in Hernhill that I bought of William ........... and all the lands I bought of Richard Gylnott and 3 acres of land laying at Wayman downe that I bought of John Laurant and 3 acres that I bought of William Laurant and 3 acres of land I bought of John Elston and an acre of land I bought of James Teneker and a house in Boughton Street called the Forge in fee simple.

My wife Alice shall have my messuage in Boughton and the lands on Bakedowne that I bought of William Best of Adisham for her life and then to William in fee simple.
I make my wife my executor and Robert Kennet my overseer, 10 shillings for his troubles.
