I will & bequeath to my Exors & Executrix upon trust the house I now live in with all my household Furniture Tools & wearing Apparel & whatever of this World Goods I am or may be possessed of at the time of my decease for the Maintenance & support of my Son Henry James Potts and my Daughter Mary Ann Potts
and my Will is that my said Exors & Executrix do either sell or keep for the benefit of my Children the said house & any part of my household Furniture they may think proper so far as such Sale or detaining such house or Furniture may appear to be most beneficial to my said Children
and further my Will is that should the said house be in the possession of my Exors & Executrix when the Youngest of my said Children shall have attained the Age of twenty Years then the said house to be sold and the Money equally divided between them after every Expence attending such Sale shall be fully paid and discharged
And I do hereby constitute nominate & appoint Mr Charles Chapman of Woolwich my Brother Thomas Potts
of Horton Grange in the County of Northumberland and my Mother in Law Martha Thomas to be my Exors & Executrix
hereby revoking & disannulling all Wills by me heretofore made and do declare this & this only to be my last Will & Testament

Testament set my hand and Seal this Sixteenth day of February in the Year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fourteen John Potts
