First I doo give unto my sonne John Pysing all that my estate of Annuitye which I am to have after the decease of Mary Pysing my good mother which is going out of a farme in Chilham called Grimisard? of John Fidg of Cant(erbury) Yeoman now in the occupacon of Edmund Boughton as by one Indenture of Annuity to my mother and me made more plainly appeareth
And if the said John Fidge shalbe marided? after my decease to pay in one hundreth pounds which is was granted, my mind and will is that my said sonne John shall have the said hundreth pound to his onely behoofe his heires and assignes for ever
Item all other my goodes and Chattells whatsoever I give unto my said sonne John Pysing whome I doe make and ordeyne my sole execu[to]r of this my last will and testament
