This is the last Will and Testament of me Nixson Quarrinton of Gillingham in the County of Kent Yeoman which I make in manner and form following (that is to say)
First I desire that all my Just Debts Funeral and Testamentary charges and expences be fully paid and satisfied

and from and after the Payment thereof I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Lydia Quarrinton all and singular my Freehold and Leasehold Messuages or Tenements Lands Hereditaments and all and singular and all and singular other the Premises thereunto belonging situate lying and being in the several Parishes of Chatham Gillingham and Stoke in the Hundred of Hoo and elsewhere in the said County of Kent

and from and after her decease I do hereby give devise and bequeath the said Freehold or Leasehold Messuages or Tenements Lands and Hereditaments unto my two Brothers Thomas Quarrinton and Robert Quarrinton and to my Sister Frances Quarrinton in equal shares and proportions and their and each of their respective Heirs and Assigns as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants

And I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto my said dear Wife Lydia Quarrinton all and singular my ready Money Money in the Funds Debts Household Furniture Plate Line and China And also all the rest and residue of my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same doth shall or may consist for her own sole and separate Use and Benefit

And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said dear Wife Lydia Quarrinton and my good friend William Brock of Chatham Linnen Draper Executrix and Executor hereof hereby revoking and making void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made do declare this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this first day of March in the Year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety six Nixson Quarrinton
