This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Quested late of the Parish of Littlebourn in the County of Kent but now of the City of Canterbury Gentleman Published and declared this eleventh Day of November in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety five
First and Principally I recommend my Soul to God And my Body I commit to the Earth to be buried decently at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named and as for all such Personal Property as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me I give and bequeath the same as followeth (that is to say)

I give and bequeath unto the Children of my late Brother George Quested deceased or such of them as shall be living at the time of my decease the Sum of One hundred and twenty Pounds to be equally divided between them share and share alike

I give and bequeath unto the Children of my late Sister Sarah Roberts deceased or such of them as shall be living at the time of my decease the like sum of one hundred and twenty Pounds equally to be divided between them share and share alike

Item I give and bequeath unto the Children of my late Sister Ann Miller or such of them as shall be living at the time of my decease the like Sum of one hundred and sixty Pounds equally to be divided amongst them share and share alike

I give and bequeath the following sums of Money unto the Persons hereinafter named (viz)
unto Mary Fagg one of the Children of my late Sister Margaret Gardener deceased the Sum of Thirty Pounds
unto my Cousin Ann the Wife of Thomas Pawson the Sum of Ten Pounds
unto my Brother James Everinden the Sum of Thirty Pounds
unto my Sister Ann Eades the Sum of Thirty Pounds
unto my Sister Sarah Powell the Sum of Thirty Pounds
unto Wm Drew Surgeon the Sum of Ten Pounds
unto my Sister Amy Kingsford the Sum of ten Pounds and unto her Daughter Ann Kingsford the like Sum of ten Pounds
unto Wm Kingsford one of my Executors the like Sum of ten Pounds
unto John Farmer Minister of the General Baptist Church Canterbury the Sum of Ten Pounds
unto my Cousins Elizabeth Lydia and John Fowler the Sum of Thirty Pounds to be equally divided amongst them share and share alike
unto the Maid Servant that shall live with me at the time of my decease five Pounds for Mourning

I give and bequeath unto my Cousin George Miller of the Parish of Wingham all my Wearing Apparel

All the rest and residue of my Monies Securities for Monies Stocks Household Furniture Plate Linen China Goods Chattels Effects and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (after the Payment of my just Debts Funeral Expences the Charges of Proving and Executing this my last Will and all the incident Charges) I give and bequeath as follows (that is to say)
one Moiety or half part of the same unto Thomas Quested one of my Executors hereinafter named
And the other Moiety or half part unto Sarah Quested Sister of the aforesaid Thomas Quested and Susanna Reeves one of the Children of my late Sister Sarah Reeves to be equally divided between them share and share alike

And I do hereby make constitute and appoint the said William Kingsford of Wickhambreaux in the County of Kent Miller and Thomas Quested of Wye in the County of Kent Watchmaker Executors of this my last Will and Testament ..... by me at any time heretofore made

And I do publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Quested then Testator have to each Sheet of this my last Will and Testament (contained in two Sheets of Paper) set my Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above written Robt Quested
