Will of Robert Quested

of Boughton Aluph, Kent

First I hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills Testaments and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made and I declare this only to be and contain my whole and entire last Will and Testament
And as for and concerning all such Temporal Estate as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and dispose thereof as followeth (that is to say)

In the first place I will and direct that all my Just Debts and the Expence of my Funeral which I desire will be as private as decency will admit of be fully paid and satisfied

And I give and devise all that my lately purchased Messuage or Tenement with the Garden Land and Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate lying and being in the Parish of Boughton Aluph aforesaid in the said County of Kent and now in the tenure or occupation of William Tappenden or his Assigns and all and every other my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever situate lying and being whereof and wherein I am seized or entitled to any Estate or Freehold or Inheritance in Possession Reversion Remainder or Expectancy unto my dear and loving Wife Mary Quested and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural life

and from and immediately after her decease I give and devise the said Messuage Garden Land Appurtenances and all other my Real Estate whatsoever unto Edward Wright my said Wife�s Nephew his Heirs and Assigns for ever

Also I give and bequeath all and every my Household Goods and Furniture Plate Linnen Woollen and China Goods Chattells Real and Personal Stock Crop and Effects Monies and Securities for Money Stocks in the Publick or Government Funds of this Kingdom Credits Leaseholds and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever after and subject to the Payment of all my Just Debts Funeral Expences the Probate of this my Will and all other incidental charges unto my said wife Mary Quested absolutely

And I constitute nominate and appoint my said wife Mary Quested sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Robert Quested the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper set my hand and Seal the sixth day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and two _ Robt Quested
