This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Quihampton of Ripton Farm Ashford in the County of Kent made and published this eighteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and thirty four in manner and form following
First I desire that I may be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named

I give and devise all that my Messuage or Tenement Buildings and eight acres of Land more or less lying and being in Woolwich in the said County of Kent in the occupation of Henry Jarvis and also all my share Parts and share estate and interest of and in the Wood called Lickley Wood in Shadoxhurst and also of and in Forty Acres of Land more or less at a certain Place called Beaver in Ashford aforesaid now in the tenure or occupation of James Epps and John Clark their assigns or undertenants with the Buildings and Appurtenances to the same belonging and also of and in all those several Messuages or Tenements Cottages Buildings Lands and Premises lying and being in Lym otherwise Lympne in West Hythe and also all other my Messuages Lands and Premises whatsoever and wheresoever in the said County of Kent whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy with their respective rights members and appurtenances unto my dear friend Elizabeth Swaffer of Willesborough in the County of Kent Spinster and to her heirs and assigns for ever

And subject to the payment of my just debts my funeral expences and the costs and charges of Proving this my last Will and Testament and all incidental expences attending the same I give and bequeath unto the said Elizabeth Swaffer her executors administrators and assigns to and for her and their own absolute use and benefit all my Monies and Securities for Money reversionary Estate and Interest due to me under the last Will and testament of my late deceased Uncle John Wyborn household Furniture Stock in Trade Crop Goods Chattels and Personal Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever the same shall be or which shall in any wise be due owing or belonging to me at the time of my decease

And I nominate constitute and appoint the said Elizabeth Swaffer sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
