Lavender her Maiden Name now by Marriage Glover One third Part of the Money Left at my Decease now coming to me from
and by order of the Court of Chancery of the Personal Estate of my late Nephew John Godden
My Wife Dianna Quinney Paying my Daughter the one third of what remains after Paying all my
just Debts �.. to be paid to my Daughter twelve days after my Decease the above One third
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my Wife Dianna Quinney my whole and
sole Executor of this my last Will or Wills heretofore by me at any time made
And I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
