I Thomas Quinney of Ship and Trumpet Alley of the Parish of Saint Nichols of the City of Rochester in the County of Kent Mariner being weak in Body but of sound and disposing Mind Memory and Understanding do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following

That is to say I give and bequeath unto my Wife Dianna Quinney All and every Part of my Estate and Effects of What Nature or Kind soever or wheresoever situated she Paying my Daughter Lidia Quinney Lavender her Maiden Name now by Marriage Glover One third Part of the Money Left at my Decease now coming to me from and by order of the Court of Chancery of the Personal Estate of my late Nephew John Godden
My Wife Dianna Quinney Paying my Daughter the one third of what remains after Paying all my just Debts �.. to be paid to my Daughter twelve days after my Decease the above One third

And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my Wife Dianna Quinney my whole and sole Executor of this my last Will or Wills heretofore by me at any time made
And I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness I the said Testator Thomas Quinney have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the 21st Day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven Thos Quinney his Mark
