This is the last Will and Testament of Mrs Elizabeth Quince of Effingham Place in Ramsgate in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent being in sound mind and memory do make my Will in the following manner

First I give to my brother Stephen Terry and my sister Jane Culver a House in High Street Ramsgate now in the occupation of the widow Mrs Mary Quince with a Garden Ground and a wall or walls and all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging to be equally divided between them both for them and their heirs for ever

Then I give to William and Thomas Norwood sons of John and Mary Norwood of North Down the sum of three hundred pounds lawful money of Great Britain to be equally divided between them both for them and their heirs for ever

last I give to my brother Stephen Terry and my sister Jane Culver All the rest of my Moneys in the Funds or elsewhere and whatsoever and wheresoever to be equally divided between them both to them and their heirs for ever
I likewise give to my brother Stephen Terry and my sister Jane Culver my household furniture plate linen and china and all my Wearing apparel for them and their heirs for ever to be equally divided between them both

I do hereby make my brother Stephen Terry and my sister Jane Culver my hole and sole Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness in whereof I have set my hand and seal this 20th day of January in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven signed and sealed in the presants of Elizabeth Quince
