In the name of God Amen the xxj [21st] day of July in the yere of our Lord [1513]
I John Quylter of a hole minde & good remembraunce mak[e] this my p[re]ssent testament in this maner
First I bequeth my soule to God and to all the holy company of hevyn, my body to be buried in the holy sepulhur

Item I wille therbe bestowyd att my buryeng and at my moneth daye xd
Item I bequethe to my mother a x li [£10]
Item I bequeth to my Lord xpor [Christopher?] of Criste Church Xli?
Item I bequeth to all soulen Systers? [Solemn Sisters?] in Oxforth a Xli
Item I bequeth to my Svntnt [Servant] my best gown Fussed

Item I bequeth to Robert Marke a toWy wish he last to chose, and a Chamlet Cest
Item to John Pekynden a CaWny : gowne and a Channlet dublet
Item I bequeth to Habett my Syster a xxvjs [26s]
Item to Johanne my Syster a xxvjs
Item to my Syster Margaret a xxvjs

And to Agnis the dowfhter [daughter] .......... Gason vjs viiijd [6s 8d];
and to Alys her Syster a vjs viiijd;
Item to Agnes Huet a xiijs iiijd [13s 4d]

The Residue of my goods not bequethed I geve and bequeth to my mother and to John Gason my brother in suche the w[h]ich I mak myn executors
And my lord xpor of Criste Church myn overseer that my will maybe Fulfylled
xix [19th] Septebr.

Note: This will is faint – so rather difficult to read. No Probate, but it could be: 19th September 1513?
