This is the last Will of me Susanna Rammell of Margate in the County of Kent but now residing in the Parish of Eltham

My Will and desire is that after the discharge of my lawful debts funeral Expences etc. My Estate & Effects in the Public Funds Viz two thousand Eighty four Pounds nineteen shillings nine pence four per Cents in the Bank of England shall be put out and applied for the sole use and benefit of Phoebe Brown of Dover in the County of Kent aforesaid

and I do appoint Mr James Birnie of Kent Surgeon my Exor of this my last Will and Testament
As Witness my hand this twelfth day of October one thousand eight hundred and eight S Rammell
Signed and Published by the Testatrix as her last Will in the Presence of
Richard Whomes

Proved at London 23 May 1810 to Eneas James Birnie
James Birnie married Margaret Rammell, 16 Mar 1797 at St John's, Margate, Kent
