In the name of God Amen in the yeare of our Lord one thousand five hundred nintie thre[e] and uppone the xxjth daye of Auguste
I Thomas Rand of the p[ar]ishe of Deale in the county of Kente fisherman being in p[er]fect mind and memory thanks be to God do make do make and ordeyne this my last will and testament in manner and (form) follo[w]ing And for the disposition of my goods and moveable

Item I geve into Andrew my sonne one doole [dole] of heringe netts
And unto John my sonne allso one doole of heringe netts
Item I geve unto ether of my sonnes one sprate nett a peece
Item I geve unto my two sonnes Andrew and John one dole of shott netts between them
Item I geve Andrew and John my two sonnes four and twentye skore [480] of wand hoockes betwene them equally to be devided
Item I geve Andrew and John my two sonnes one quarter of my boate called the Mary and John equally betwene them

Item I geve unto Margaret, Joane and Grace my three daughters xxs a peece to be payde unto them out of my moveable at xxjth [21] years of age or at the day of Marriag whether of them shall come first
Item I geve unto William my sonne my silver whistell

The rest of my goods and moveable, my legacies and debts discharged I geve unto Mary my wiffe to bring up my two children William my sonne and Grace my daughter and after her decease to geve it unto whome she will

Item I make of this my last will and testament Mary my wiffe my whole executrix and my brother George Mine? myne overseer

Item for the disposinge of my howses and lands

First I geve unto Mary my wiffe my newe howse one the haulfe aker [half acre] of land during her naturall life keeping it wind tyth [tight] & water tyth and after hir decease to remaine unto my three sonnes Andrew, John and William Rande equalye to be devided

Item I geve unto Mary my wiffe my lower howse wherein I now dwell as longe as she shall kepe her selfe a widowe keeping it wind tyth & water tyth

Item I geve unto Andrew and John my two sonnes my howse where I nowe dwell wth thappurteanancses [the appurtenances] there to belonginge wthin one quarter of the marriage of my wiffe keepinge it wind tyth & water tyth
Item my will is that my sonne William Rande when he shall come unto the adge of xxri years shall have his part equaly wth Andrew and John my sonnes of the sayde howse where in I nowe dwell
Item my will is that if ether of my three sonnes Andrew, John and William shall dye wthout heyres of the[i]r body lawfully begotten, that the one shall be the others heyres

Item I geve unto Andrew and John my two sonnes my store howse at sea side after my decease
