The Seaventeenth day of June 1637
Andrew Rand of Deale in the Countie of Kent Mariner being sicke in bodie but in p[er]fect and good memorie did utter these words concerning the disposinge of his estate That is to say

That his now wife whose name is Julian shall have all his estate during her life
and after her decease his houses & lands to be equally divided betweene his Two sonnes
except one house in the occupation of William West should be to his daughter Abigaill during her naturall life

and that the residue of his estate should be divided amongst them at the discretion of his wife and shee to make a will hereof
or words to that effect

Re-sworn: 20th December 1637 or 20 Feb 1637/8?
