Item my will and meaning is that my Executors hereafter menconed shall have power to sell such parcells of my land as shall pay my debts, providing my stocke will not extend soe farr as to satisfie for my debts and funerall expences
Item I give unto my loveing wiefe Martha Reader the Moytie of my landes sureing her naturall liefe;
Provided she relinquish all bondes and claymes whatsoever (otherwise to have noe benifitt of this my will)
Item I give unto Walter Dixy my sonne in lawe Tenn poundes;
concerning my landes and goodes that shall be left (my debts and funerall expences being paid) My will and intencon is that they shalbe
devided into Five partes,
my Elder sonne Ralph Reader to have two partes of the five,
my sonne John Reader to have one parte,
my sonne Thomas Reader to have one part;
my daughter Elizabeth to have one part;
and provided any of my children depart this life without heirs before they shall
dispose of their part, that then their part or parts shalbe equally devided betweene my daughter and
sonnes then living and if she dye her part to be disposed of to her brothers
Lastly renownceing all former wills & testaments I publish this my last will and testament whereof I make my loveing wiefe Martha Reader and Ralph Reader my sole Executors
