Know all men by these prsents That I Robert Relph of East Greenwich in the County of Kent Mariner bound out to Sea in his Ma[jes]ties good shipp the Drake for divers good causes and valuable consideracons me hereunto moveing have made assigned ordained and authorized and in my stead and place doe by these presents put and constituted my trusty and welbeloved Friend Susan Your of East Greenwich in the County aforesaid widow to be my true and lawfull Attorney for me
and in my name and to my use to aske demand sue for levy require recover and receive of all and every person and persons whatsoever all and singuler such debts rents wages ticketts pencons duties dues sume and sumes of money goods chattells and demands whatsoever as are now due oweing payable or belonging unto me or which at any time or times hereafter shall or may be due unto me from any person or persons whatsoever
Giving and by these presents granting unto my said Attorney my full and whole strength power and authority in and about the premisses for me and in my name to doe say execute performe and fully finish all and every lawfull act or acts thing or things devise or devices in the Law whatsoever as fully freely largely amply to all intents constructions and purposes as I my selfe might or could doe if I were then there personally present
And upon the receipt of of any such debts rents wages ticketts pencons duties dues sume or sumes of money goods chattells or demands as aforesaid acquittance or any other lawfull discharge for the same for me and in my name to make seale and deliver as my deed or deeds And alsoe Attornes one or more in her place to substitute to revoke

And I doe by these presents covenant and promise that I the said Robert Relph my Heires Executors and Adm[ini]strators shall and will hereafter ratify allow and hold for firme effectuall and irrevokeable all and whatsoever my said Attorney shall lawfully doe or cause to be done in and about the execucon of the premisses by vertue of these presents
And I the said Robert Relph considering of the uncertainty of this transitory life Doe make and declare these presents to containe my last Will and Testament that is to say

All such wages sume and sumes of money goods chattells and estate whatsoever wherewith at the time of my decease I shall or ought to be possessed I doe give devise and bequeath unto the said Susan Your
And doe hereby nominate and appoint the said Susan Your to be sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
And hereby revokeing all former Wills and bequests by me at any time made given or bequeathed my will and mind is that these presents shall stand remaine and abide as my only true and last Will and Testament

Witnesse my hand and seale in Greenwich the five and twentyeth day of May in the first yeare of the reigne of our Sovereigne Lord King James the second Annoqz Dni One thousand six hundred eighty five./ Robert Relph
