and I give and bequeath unto my Niece Mary the wife of Richard Ray of Gretness in the said county, Yeoman the sum of One hundred pounds of
lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to her within twelve months of my decease
Also I give and bequeath unto my Niece Ann the wife of William Everest of Otford in the said county, Yeoman, the like sum of One
hundred pounds to be paid within twelve months next after my decease.
Also I give and devise all that my New Erected Messuage or tenement with the buildings yard garden and appurts thereunto belonging situate and
being in Tonbridge Town aforesaid and now in my own occupation together with all my plate, Linen, Liquors, Household
goods, Household stuff and Furniture in and about the same unto my sister Sarah Camfield of Speldhurst in the said county, Widow, and her
assigns for and during the term of her natural life
and from and immediately after her decease I give and devise the same unto between and amongst
my Nephews Thomas Relph and John Relph the sons of my brother Richard Relph deceased
my Nephew Thomas Mead son of my sister Mary Mead deceased
and my Niece Sarah Camfield
their assigns executors and Administrators and assigns forever to be equally between them share
and share alike and to be by them held and enjoyed as tenants in common and not as joint tenants.
Also I give and devise all those my two Messuages or tenements with the buildings yards gardens and appurts hereunto belonging situate and being in the Lane called Church Lane in the Town of Tonbridge aforesaid and now in the several tenures or occupations of the Reverend Thos Jefferson and John Nye their or One of their Assigns or undertenants and all my Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever not before disposed of unto my said Nephews Thomas Relph John Relph Thomas Mead and William Camfield their heirs and assigns forever to be equally divided between them share and share alike to be by them held and enjoyed as tenants in common and not as joint tenants.
Also I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my ready Money, Securities for Money debts, goods, chattels and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever not herein before by me disposed of unto my said Nephews Thomas Relph John Relph Thomas Mead and William Camfield to be equally divided between them share and share alike as tenants in common and to their respective executors and admors
and I do hereby make and ordain my said Nephews Thomas Relph John Relph Thomas Mead and William Camfield joint executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
In witness thereof I the said Thomas Relph the testator have to this my last will and
testament contained in two sheets of paper set my hand and seal that is to say my hand to the
first sheet and my hand and seal to this second and last sheet the day and year above written

This Will was proved at London On the fourth day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred before the Worshipful John Sewell
Doctor and Laws and Surrogate of the Right Honourable Sir William Wynne Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court
of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of John Relph and Thomas Mead the Nephews and two of the Executors named in the said Will to whom
administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased having been first sworn duly to administer
Power reserved to Thomas Relph and William Camfield the Nephews also of the deceased and the other Executors named in the said Will when they or
either of them shall apply for the same.

Thomas Relph was baptised 3 August 1737, Tonbridge son of Robert Relfe (1683-1763) and Elizabeth Plumer (1689-1741).
His sister, Mary (baptised 19 Aug 1722 Tonbridge) married Grantham Mead 25 March 1747 Old Charlton, Kent.
Sister Sarah (baptised 8 May 1735, Tonbridge) married Thomas Camfield 27 December 1759, Chislehurst, Kent.
His brother Robert Relph was baptised 18 February 1717, Tonbridge and married Elizabeth Wigsell (c.1726-1789).
