Item I give and bequeath unto my grandmother Sinderry/Sindeny? Shereife the summe of Tenn pounds of good and lawfull money of England within six monethes next after my decease

ready money and plate (my debts and funerall expences beeinge first paid)
Item I make and ordaine the said Sara my wife sole & onely executrix of this my last will and testament
Item I make my loveing freinds Edward Baker gent and Edward Hirst gent Overseers of this my last will and testament desireinge them to be orderinge? and assistinge unto my said executrix in the execution of this my last willinge and testament
Item in case my said wife be not with childe then I give and devise unto my said Grandmother Sinderry/Sindeny? Shereife All my Messuages and tenements with thappurtenances in Tenterden in the County of Kent And after her decease Then I give and devise the same unto Susanna Paine and to her heires and assignes forever
Item in case my said wife be with childe Then I give and devise unto the same childe all my said
Messuages and tenements in Tenterden aforesaid And all that my Messuages or tenements and severall
parcells of land conteyneinge in all by estimacon Nineteene acres whether more or lesse situate lyinge
and beeinge in the parishe of St Cosmas & Damian in the Bleane in the said County of Kent nowe in the
occupacon of Christopher Page or of his assignes To have & to hold the same after the decease of my
said wife unto the same childe and to the heires of the body of such child
And for want of such heires then I give & devise the said house in Tenterden to my said Grandmother &
her assignes for her life and after decease to Susanna Paine and of her heires and assignes forever
And the said Messuages lands & tenements in St Cosmas & Damian aforesaid I give & devise to Thomas
May Isaac May & Susanne May children of my said wife equally to be divided betwixt them and for the
heires of their severall & respective bodyes
And for want of such heires Then to the right heires of my said wife
Item in case my said wife bee with childe then I give & devise unto the said Thomas May one Messuage with th�appurtenances situate lyinge and beeinge in the parishe of St Mary Bredman in the City of Canterbury to have & to hold the same unto the said Thomas May and to the heires of his body and for want of such heires I give & devise the same to the right heires of my said wife
Item in case my said wife be with childe then after her decease I give & devise unto the said Isaac May
All that Messuage or tenement & two peeces of land with th�appurtenances in St Cosmas & Damian
aforesaid heretofore in the occupacon of Thomas Brett & nowe in the occupacon of one ____ Fisher And
alsoe one messuage & two acres of land in St Cosmas & Damian aforesaid heretofore in one Thomas
Weekes occupation now in the occupation of John Warner? to have & to hold the same unto the said
Isaac and to the heires of his body
And for want of such heires I give & devise the same to the right heires of my said wife
Item in case my said wife be with childe then after her decease I give & devise unto the said Susanne May and to the heires of her body all my Messuage lands & tenements in the parishe of St Paule in the said City of Canterbury And for want of such heires to the right heires of my wife
Item in case my said wife be not with childe Then I give & devise unto the said Thomas May & to the
heires of his body the said Messuage in the said parishe of St Mary Bredman and the said Messuages &
lands now in the occupation of the said Fisher heretofore in the occupation of the said Thomas Brett
And for want of such issue to the right heires of my said wife
And then I give & devise unto the said Isaac May and to the heires of his body all the said Messuages
lands & tenements mentioned to be in the occupation of the said Christopher Page And for want of
heires then to the right heires of my said wife
And then I give & devise unto the said Susanne May and to the heires of her body all the said Messuages
& tenements in the said parishe of St Paule in the said Citty of Canterbury and the said Messuage in the
occupation of the said John Warner? And for want of such heires to the right heires of my said wife
