Item I give bequeath and devise to my Sonn John Richardson, to my Daughter Elizabeth James and my daughter Anne Mapson to them their heires and assignes forever joyntly to be equally divided betweene them All that my house or tenement and Ground thereunto belonging now in the tenure or occupation of John Neale and other Tenants scituate, standing, lying and being in the Parish of St. Maries in the said Towne of Sandwich
Item I give and bequeath unto my Grandsonn Benjamin Richardson the summe of three pounds of lawfull English money to be payd to him by the said John Richardson, Elizabeth James and Anne Mapson or their heires joyntly within two yeares after my decease Provided allwayes notwithstanding that the said house shall be then standing and free from Casualtie of fire
All the rest and residue of my Estate both reall and p[er]sonall of what kinde and nature soever, wherewith it hath it shall please God to endow mee
withall at the tyme of my decease, I wholy, fully and solely give bequeath and devise the same to my said Sonn John Richardson and my said daughters
Elizabeth James and Anne Mapson to be equally divided among them,
whome I make my full and sole Executor and Executrixes joyntly of this my last Will and Testament, hereby
renouncing and making void all former Wills and Bequests by mee heretofore either made or spoken
