Imprimis I doe Order and direct that all my Debts Legacies Funerall Expences and the Charges of the
Probate of this my Will be first paid and discharged
Item I give and bequeath unto my Godson Thomas Ferman now liveing with me and unto his two Brothers Richard Ferman and William
Ferman both likewise liveing with me the Sume of Fifty Shillings a peece of lawfull money of Greate Brittaine to be paid to them
severally and respectively by my Executor hereinafter named at their respective Ages
of One and Twenty yeares or daies of Marriage which shall first happen after my Decease
And if either or any of them shall happen to dye before they shall attaine their respective Ages of one
and Twenty yeares of Marriage Then I will the Legacy or Legacies of him or them so dyeing shall be
equally paid to the Survivors or Survivor of them at their said Ages of or daies of Marriage
Item I will and bequeath unto my Loveing Brothers John Richardson and George Richardson and unto Mary the wife of John Harrindine the Elder and unto Thomas Watson Son of William Watson of Kingsdowne Blacksmith and unto my Kinsman Robert Durling the Elder the Sume of Five Shillings apeece of like money to be paid them by my Executors herein after named within Six Months next after my Decease
And I doe hereby make Constitute and appoint Henry Ferman now liveing with me and Brother to the said Thomas, Richard and William Ferman full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and for the payment of my Debts and Legacies I doe give and leave to him all my personal Estate Goods and Chattells whatsoever and I doe make him Residuary Legatee
And I doe will and give to my Daughter in Law Elizabeth Ferman now liveing with me and wife of Richard Ferman and Mother of the said Henry, Thomas and William Ferman the use and possession of all my Household Goods for soe long and untill her Son my said Executor Henry shall intermarry and she shall Continue a Widow and unmarried after her said husbands Decease
And I doe hereby Revoake and make void all former Wills by me made and I doe appoint and
Declare this to be my last Will and Testament Conteined and written on one Sheete of paper
