I give and devise to my Wife Diana all that my Freehold Messuage or Tenement lands hereditaments and premises with their appurtenances situate lying and being in the said Parish of Cliffe or elsewhere in the County of Kent which I lately purchased of Mr Richard Rowlinson and others To hold the same unto my said Wife and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life for her own separate use and benefit
and from and after her decease then I give and devise the said Messuage or Tenement lands hereditaments and premises with the appurtenances unto and equally between my sons and daughters named Joseph John James David Mary Ann Frances and Rebecca Richards in equal shares as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and their respective heirs and assigns for ever
I give to my daughter Elizabeth the Wife of James Clark of Frindsbury in the said County of Kent Yeoman the sum of one Guinea she having already received what I deem a sufficient part or share of my property
I give and bequeath all my household furniture plate linen and china and all the rest residue and remainder of my Personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said Wife for her own absolute use and benefit
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Executrix and my brother in law John Bridgland of Barming in the said County of Kent Yeoman Executrix and Executor of this my Will
And hereby revoking every other Will by me at any time heretofore made I do
declare this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of September in
