I give to my grand Daughter Alice Rider Daughter, and at present, only Child of my only Son Isaac Rider the sum of two thousand
Pounds when she shall arrive at the Age of Eighteen Years, or sooner if she shall Marry with her Father�s consent, and one thousand Pounds more
at the Death of her Father, both which thousand Pounds are to be paid out of the Stock I have in the fund commonly called Old South Sea
Annuities, and that the interest of one thousand Pounds of the said South Sea Annuity Stock shall be laid out for the use of my said grand Daughter
every Year during her Minority
and I desire that the said two thousand Pounds hereby disposed of may not be remov�d or altered from the Fund
it is now in, on any account whatever, but be made over to her from the place it is now in, in the method and the times above mentioned
I desire to be buried at Lee nigh Black Heath in a decent but very private manner
and I desire that illiam Bell first Commissioner for sick and hurt Seamen etc. together with my Son Isaac may see my desire with
regard to my grand Daughter executed
All the rest and residue of my Estate whatever either real or personal Books Bonds Household Furniture Debts etc. I give unto my Son Isaac Rider hereby appointing him whole and sole Executor of this my last Will being all written with my own hand and Signed with my own Name and as I usually sign other Writings the day and year above mentioned I Rider
