after payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences I give devise and bequeath unto my brother Mister Thomas Rideout all and singular my money and securities for money together with all interest due thereon that I may be possessed of or entitled unto at the time of my decease To hold the same unto the said Thomas Rideout for his sole use and benefit
And I also give and bequeath unto the said Thomas Rideout all my right title and interest to a certain family Vault in Woolwich Church yard and also all articles of plate belonging to me at the time of my decease such articles of plate to be held and enjoyed by him during the term of his natural life
and from and immediately after the determination thereof I give unto my Nephew Captain Samuel Rideout my Silver Tankers and unto my Niece Naomi Maria Collins my silver tea pot and milk jug the remainder thereof to go to and be equally divided between and amongst my Nephew George Frederick Wassell and my said Niece Naomi Maria Collins in equal parts and proportions
and I also give unto my said Niece Naomi Maria Collins my Pianoforte with all my wearing apparel
And I give and bequeath unto my friend Mistress Frances Upjohn Wife of Mister Samuel Upjohn my
writing desk with its appendages
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said brother Thomas Rideout soel Executor of this my Will and hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this to be my last Will and Testament
