after payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences I give devise and bequeath unto my natural daughter known as Catherine Ridley who was born in the house I now reside in and who was Baptised at Greenwich Church all my real and personal estate and all that I may in any way be entitled to

And I hereby appoint John Becket of Pomorey Street in the Parish of Deptford Executor of this my will

as witness my hand this second day of February one thousand eight hundred and forty eight Caroline Ridley
