I will and bequeath unto Anne Roberts als Devall daughter of my brother John Tenn pounds to be paid unto her at her age of one and twenty

Item I will and bequeath unto each of the other sonnes of my said brother John, vizt. Thomas, William and Richard five pounds to bee
paid unto them at their respective ages of one and twentie yeares
And my will and meaning is that if any of the said Children of my said brother John shall happen to dy before their his or her said legacie shalbee due to bee paid unto them him or her, That then the legacies or legacy of them, him or her so dying shalbee devided betweene the survivors of them and paid to the said survivors vizt. the said Anne at her age of one and twenty yeares or day of her marriage which of them shall first happen And to her said brothers at their respective ages of one and twenty yeares
Item I will and bequeath unto Thomas Roberts als Devall sonne of my brother Thomas Roberts als Devall five pounds to bee paid unto him at
his age of one and twenty yeares if hee bee then liveing
Item I give and bequeath unto widow James my mothers sister five pounds to bee paid unto her within six monthes after my decease
The residue of all my goods and Chattells whatsoever I give and bequeath unto Mary the wife of Richard Sherman which said Mary I make the sole Executrix of this my last will and testament
