In the name of God, Amen. The third day of July in the third year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord, George, by the Grace of God - King of Great Britain, France and Ireland, Defender of the Faith, 1713, I , Elinor Rochester of the parish of Harrietsham in the county of Kent, yeoman widow, being weak in body but of sound and perfect memory, (praise being to God for the same) and knowing the uncertainty of this life on earth and being desirous to settle things in order to make this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say, first and principally I commend my soul to Almighty God, my creator, assure by believing that I shall receive full pardon and also remission of all my sins and be saved by the precious death and trials of my blessed saviour and redeemer, Christ Jesus and my body to the earth from whence it was taken to be buried in such decent and Christian manner as to my Executors hereafter named shall be thought meet and convention and ... such trustworthy estate as the Lord in mercy hath lent me that my will and meaning of the same shall be employed and bes... as hereafter by this my will is expressed and first I do revoke and ? and make void all wills by me formerly made and declared and appoint this to be my last will and testament

from I give and bequeath unto Ann Rochester and Mary Rochester, my daughters all that my ..estate?..lying and being in ?Faversham?? in the county of Kent equally between them and their heirs for ever and my will and meaning is that if either of them should happen to dye without an heir or heirs then my will is that the longest liver of them shall have it.

I give and bequeath to my son Richard Rochester the sum of five shillings within twelve months next after my decease to be paid by my executrix. I give unto my two daughters and my son all my moveable goods equally between them and I nominate and appoint Ann and Mary Rochester to be my Executrixes this my last will and testament. Signed and Sealed and published in the ........of Ann Rochester her mark,

The will was probated in November of 1722.
