Item I Give and Bequeath unto Mary my beloved wife Susana my daughter and Samuel my son All that my messuages and tenements Lands and premises situated lying and being in the parish of Bearsted aforesaid equal share and share alike during the time of my said wife natrol life and from and after her decease to my said son and daughter and their heirs lawfully begotten for ever share and share alike
I likewise give unto my said wife my said son Samuel and my said daughter Susan'a All my goods linen and woolling
whearing aparil Book debts Ready money and any other thing I may or shall be? possessed of shear and shear alike
except as before excepted and also One pound one shilling to my brother Mr Samuel Curtis of Bridgnorth Shropshire
Attorney at Law and One pound one shilling unto Mr Walter Stunt of Maidstone whom I likewise constitute make
and ordain my sole executors of this my last will and testament and I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and
disannul all and every other former will confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament In

This will was proved at London the twenty third day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and one before the Right Honerable Sir William Wynne Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of Samuel Rogers one of the surviving executors named in the will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the deceased having been first sworn (by Commission) duly to administer. Power reserved of making the like grant to Susanna Rogers spinster the daughter of the said deceased and the other surviving executor named in the said will when she shall apply for the same.
