Vicesimo quarto die Mensis Septembris Anno Do: 1615
This is the Nuncupative Will and Testament of Thomas Rolffe of Berling in the Dioces of Rochester and in the Countie of Kent Declared in the presence of theise persons whose names are subscribed vizt:

I give all my goodes and moveables Cattell and Chattells whatsoever unto John Rolfe my Brother which saied John Rolfe I make the sole executor of all my sayed goods and moveables

By us Thomas Knowles his marke William Mymmes his marke Nicholas Petts his marke

Probate in Latin: granted 24 October 1615 to John Rolfe, the natural and lawful brother and Executor.
Confirmed by definitive sentence 26 June 1616.
