In the Name of God Amen I Israel Round the Elder of Westerham in the County of Kent Wheelwright being ill in bodily health but of sound and perfect mind and Memory thanks be to Almighty God therefore doe make and Ordaine this my Last Will and Testament in Writeing in manner and form following Vizt.
Imprimis I recommend my Soul to God that gave it and my body to the Earth to be decently buryed at the Discretion of my Executor herein after mentioned and as touching the Disposal of what Worldly Estate it hath pleased God to bless me withal I give and Dispose of the same as followeth

Item I give and Devise unto my Sons Israel and William all my Working Tools and Stock whatsoever and wheresoever within Dores and without to be equally Divided between them Share and Share alike

Item I give and Devise unto my three Daughters Jane Sarah and Elizabeth Fourscore pounds a peice
to be paid to them by the said Jane whom I make Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament

and to be raised and paid out of my Debts and by the Sale of all that my Messuage Tenement or Farme comonly called Coakham or by whatsoever other name the same is called or known Together with all Barnes Outhouses Edifices and Buildings Gardens Orchards and Backsides Lands Meadows Pastures and Fedings as well Copyhold as freehold thereunto belonging or Appertaining Situate Lying and being at the Lower end of Coakham Hill in Westerham aforesaid conteyning in the whole by Estimation Fourty five Acres more or less and now or late in the Tenure or Occupation of Joseph Frith or his Assigns
and to be paid to them respectively at their respective Ages of Twenty One years or dayes of Marriage which Shall first happen
and to be put out at Interest by the Discretion of the Said Jane Towards their Maintenance

And my Mind and Will is that if my Said Daughter or Daughters shall happen to depart this Life before She or they Shall attaine her or their Age or Ages of Twenty One years or dayes of Marriage then the said Legacy or Legacys shall be equally Divided amongst such Daughter or Daughters as Shall be then Living and to be paid to them as aforesaid and to their Heirs and Assignes for ever

Item all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate (after my Legacys Debts and Funeral Expences be paid and Satisfyed) I give and Devise unto my Said Son William his Heirs and Assignes for ever with and under this Provisoe or Condition nevertheless

That if my Said Son Israel and William or their Heirs shall refuse to Joine in or Execute any reasonable Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever which my said Daughter Jane shall desire for the Confirming conveying and makeing good the Title of the said Messuage or Farme to any person or persons whatsoever or shall cause any Suite or give any Trouble or Molestation to my Said Daughter Jane or her Heirs for Touching or concerning or upon Account which they the said Israel and William of their Heirs can Shall or may Clayme or pretend to have of in and to the said Messuage or Farme called Coakham or any part thereof Then and in either of the Said Cases my mind and Will is That the said Devise of the said Tooles and Stock and all my Estate whatsoever and wheresoever to my Said Sons Israel and William shall be utterly void and of none effect

And Then and in Such I give and bequeath the said Shopp Tooles and Stock and all my Estate whatsoever and wheresoever after my Debts and Funeral Expences be fully paid out and Satisfyed unto my said three Daughters Jane Sarah and Elizabeth to be equally divided Share and Share alike

Item my Mind and Will is that That my Said Son Israel shall pay unto Bly Burton of Westerham aforesaid the Summe of Six Pounds which is due to him within Six Months after my Decease and upon refusall thereof I give and Devise to him but five shillings

Item I give Devise and bequeath unto my said three Daughters Jane Sarah and Elizabeth All my Household Goods of whatever nature or kind soever to be divided amongst them Share and Share alike

which said Jane I make my full and sole Executrix as aforesaid of this my Last Will and Testament
And I doe hereby revoke all former Wills by me heretofore made

In Wittnesse whereof I have to this my Last Will and Testament contained in Two Sheets of paper to the first Sheet whereof I have sett my hand and to the Last Sheet hereof my hand and seal this second Day of November in the First year of the Reign of our Soveraigne Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Britaine France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith etc. annoq Domini 1714 Israel Round
