In the Name of God Amen I William Round of Westerham in the County of Kent Wheelwright being sick and weak in body But of sound and Disposing Mind memory and Understanding praised be Almighty God therefore Doe make and Ordaine this my last Will and Testament in writing in manner and forme following (that is to say)
First and principally I recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it And my Body to the Earth to be therein decently buryed at the Discretion of Executrix herein after named
And as touching the disposall of what Worldly Estate God hath been pleased to bless me with I give and dispose thereof as follows (vizt)

Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my loving brother Israel Round the sume of Five shillings to be paid unto him by my Executrix herein after named within one year next after my decease

Item I give and Devise unto my loving Sister Jane Round and to her Heirs and Assignes for ever All my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments situate lying and being in Westerham aforesaid and all other my Messuages Lands Tenements and hereditaments whatsoever (Subject to the Incumbrances thereupon)
And my Mind and Will is that my said loving Sister should sell the same soe soon as she conveniently can And the moneys raided by sale of the same (after the Incumbrances thereupon are discharged) doe hereby Will and Appoint shall be equally divided share and share alike between my loving sisters Jane Round Sarah Round and Elizabeth Round

Item I give and bequeath unto my said loving Sister Jane Round all my Working Tooles Timber Stock Houshold Goods Chattells Wearing Apparrell moneys and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever to be sold for and towards the payment of my Debts Legacys Funeral Expences and proving this my Will and the Overplus thereof after my debts Legacys Funeral Expences and proving this my Will as aforesaid be paid and satisfyed my mind and Will is shall be divided between my said loving sisters Jane Round Sarah Round and Elizabeth Round equally share and share alike
And my Mind and Will is that the said Jane Round shall sell the same soe soon as she conveniently can for the most she can gett

Item I do hereby make ordaine and appoint my said loving Sister Jane Round sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament Revoking all former Wills by me made
And Lastly I desire my loving friend Bryan Burton of Westerham aforesaid Malster to ayd and assist my loving Sister Jane Round in the Execution of this my Will And I doe give unto him the Summe of Ten Shillings for and towards satisfaction for the trouble he may be putt unto in and about the same

In Witness whereof I have this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper set my hand and seale this Twenty Sixth day of October In the Fourth yeare of the Reign of our Soveraign Lord George by the grace of God of Great Britaine France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith etc. Annoq Domini 1717 William Round
