In the Name of God Amen I Mary Rowland of the parish of Eltham in the County of Kent being in good health and perfect mind and understanding do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following

First I order and direct my Just Debts and Funeral Expences to be paid and discharged
I give and bequeath to my Brother Joseph Rowland the Interest of Eight hundred pounds Stock during his life

I likewise give and bequeath after the decease of my said Brother Joseph Rowland Eight hundred pounds of the Principal of the aforesaid Stock to my Neice Mary Hodgson Wife of Thomas Hodgson and Eldest Daughter of my Brother Joseph Rowland aforesaid for her sole use and to be entirely at her disposal

I likewise give and bequeath to my Neice Hannah Rowland Spinster youngest Daughter of my Brother Joseph Rowland a thousand pounds of the said Stock

And I leave my Executrix in Trust to see the aforesaid Stock appropriated to the Uses above mentioned
and that all such Sum and Sums of money Chattels and all of what nature or kind soever that belong or appertain unto me at my decease I give and bequeath to my Neice Mary Robinson and Daughter of my Sister Elizabeth Standish and I do hereby nominate and appoint my Neice Mary Robinson Widow Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the ... day of April in the year of our Lord 1765 Mary Rowland Signed and Sealed in the presence of
