In the name of God Amen I Simon Rumney late of Otford in the County of Kent Clerke being of sound body and minde blessed be God doe make this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following Imprimis I will and bequeath my soule into the hands of Almighty God and Saviour and my body to be decently Buried by and at the charge of my Executors hereafter named

Item I will and bequeath out of all my Rents and profitts of all my lands and tenements in Otford to me Reserved from my Grandsonne John Rumney for six yeares next after my decease
the first Forty pounds to my Daughter Susanna Mortimer
Item to my daughter Ann Browne Forty pounds
Item to my Grandson Richard Browne the next Twenty pounds
Item I will and bequeath to my Granddaughter Elizabeth Browne and to my Granddaughter Dorothy Stephenson the next forty pounds
Item I will and bequeath to Mary and to Ellen and to Ann Feild my Granddaughters the next forty pounds
Item I will and bequeath to my Granddaughters daughter Elizabeth Pollit the next Twenty pounds
Item I will and bequeath to the Poore sincere godly Christians in Christ Jeus Ten pounds

Item I will and bequeath to my Grandson Thomas Rumney to be the heire of my lands called Broadham and Stockham for ever

Item in default of issue of John Rumney begotten by him upon the body of Ann Filmer his now wife then my lands and Tenements in Otford I will and bequeath to my Grandson Richard Browne his heires or heiresses

Item I doe hereby make constitute and appoynt my Grandsons Richard Browne and James Pollitt to be my Executors and my Cozen John Mosyer Esq or whom else he shall appoynt to be my Overseer hereof and give to him forty shillings to buy him a Ring and Twenty shillings a peece to my Executors to buy them Rings

Item I Will and Bequeath to William Feild my Grandson Twenty Pounds

In Witnesse whereof I have to this Will and Testament sett my hand and Seale this Tenth day of February in the yeare of our Lord one thousand Six Hundred and Eighty Seaven and in the Third yeare of the Raigne of King James the Second over England etc. Simon Rumney Sealed and delivered and delivered in the presence of
