Item I give and bequeath unto Joseph Russell my dear and loving father five pounds
of good money to be paid to him within three months after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Russell my brother Joseph Russell's son
twenty pounds whereof ten pounds shall be paid to my said father within
three months after my decease and the other ten pounds to remain with my
Executor and by then to be paid to my said nephew at his age of one and
twenty years.
Item all the rest of my goods and chattells I give and
bequeath unto my said brother Joseph Russell whom I make and ordain the
whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament. He paying my
debts legacies and funeral charges. This is the last will and testament of
me Thomas Russell in witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale
the day and year first above written . The Mark of Thomas Russell Signed
