First I give and bequeath unto the Three Daughters of my Brother in Law Richard Ivett (late of Hartlip in the said County of Kent Yeoman deceased) by Ann his Wife the Sum of one Hundred and Fifty pounds of good and lawfull Money of Great Britain to be Equally divided between them and to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named within six Calendar Months next after my decease
Also I give and bequeath unto Simon Brakenbury Son of my Brother in Law Henry Brakenbury of the Town of Lydd in the said County the Sum of Two hundred pounds (over and besides all such Sum and Sums of Money as he shall owe or be indebted unto me at the time of my decease and which I do hereby forgive him) of like lawfull Money
Also I give and bequeath unto John Foster Son of John Foster late of Ivychurch in Romney Marsh in the said County of Kent (deceased) the Sum of five hundred pounds (over and besides all such Sum and Sums of Money as he shall owe or be Indebted unto me at the time of my decease And which I do hereby forgive him) of like lawfull Money
Also I give and bequeath unto Mary the Daughter of my Brother Thomas Rutton of the Town of Folkstone in the said County of Kent
Butcher deceased and now the Wife of Thomas Baker of the said Town of Folkstone Fisherman the Sum of One hundred pounds of like
lawfull Money
Also I give and bequeath unto Susan Daughter of my said Brother Thomas Rutton the Sum of Fifty pounds of like lawfull Money
Also I give and bequeath unto Ann the Daughter of my said Brother Thomas Rutton the Sum of Fifty pounds of like lawfull Money
All which said several Legacies or Sums of Money I will and order shall be paid by my
Executor hereinafter named to the said Respective Legatees or their respective heirs within
Six Calendar Months next after my decease
And if my personal Estate be not sufficient to discharge the same and my Debts Then I do hereby charge my Real Estate with the
payment thereof
Also I give and devise unto my Cousin Isaac Rutton Son of my said Brother all and every my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever To hold to him his heirs and Assigns for ever
Also all the rest residue and remainder of my personal Estate whatsoever after payment of my Debts Legacies Funeral Expences Charge of proving this my Will and other Incidental charges I give and bequeath unto my said Cousin Isaac Rutton whom I doe hereby make nominate and appoint whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made and declaring this and no other to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof to this my last Will and Testament contained in these Two Sheets of Paper together annexed I have to each Sheet thereof set and put my hand and seal Dated this Eleventh day of May in the Eighteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth And in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Forty five Isaac Rutton his mark
Signed Sealed published and declared by the before named Isaac Rutton the Testator to be his last

The Before Registered Will of Isaac Rutton deceased was proved the 4th day of June 1745 Before the Reverend Thomas Lamprey Clerk lawfull Surrogate to the Worshipfull George Paul Doctor of Laws Commissary General of the City and Diocese of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of Isaac Rutton the sole Executor named in the said Will To whom etc He being first Sworn duly to Execute the same
