The last Will and Testament of me Joseph Rye of Twicham in the Parish of Wingham in Kent

I give and bequeath to my wife Sarah Rye for and during her natural life the interest dividends arising from all such Sum or Sums of money in the public Funds as I shall die possessed of

and from and after the decease of my said wife I give and bequeath all the said Capital stock after payment of the legacy hereafter mentioned to the following persons to be equally divided among them viz to
my Nephew Joseph Rye Hills my Nieces Sarah and Hannah Hills Children of my late Sister Sarah Hills deceased
Hills son of my late Nephew James Hills
Maria wife of James Howe of Goodnestone Niece
and Thomas Cleveland of Ramsgate son of Thomas Cleveland deceased Nephew of my said wife Sarah

likewise I give and bequeath to my great Nephew William Greenstreet Junior son of William Greenstreet of Twicham in the Parish of Wingham the sum of ten pounds sterling to be paid after the decease of my said wife

I likewise give and bequeath All my household Furniture plate Linen China and all other effects whatsoever to my said wife Sarah whom I hereby nominate and appoint sole Executrix of this my last will and testament
